To establish a scalable, fully integrated packaging manufacturing facility that delivers affordable, high-quality, and locally produced packaging solutions—beginning with PET preforms for high-demand sectors such as beverages, dairy, and SME bottlers, followed by paper-based and sustainable packaging.

The project aims to serve both large-scale industrial clients and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) across Uganda, by reducing reliance on imports, lowering packaging costs, improving access to flexible volumes, and aligning with Uganda’s goals for industrialization, job creation, and environmental sustainability.
