Pamoja Packaging and Industrial Solutions is a packaging company that is establishing a state-of-the-art packaging factory at Namanve Business Industrial Park in Uganda, Africa.

The proposed factory will specialize in the production of a diverse range of plastic, paper, and woven packaging products, designed to meet the increasing demand from both local and regional markets.

Our Objectives

Establish a State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility

Develop a world-class packaging production facility capable of manufacturing a diverse range of plastic, paper, and woven packaging products to meet the growing demand across various sectors, including food and beverage, agro-processing, and pharmaceuticals.

Job Creation and Workforce Development

Generate over 500 direct jobs, providing employment opportunities across production, administration, quality control, and logistics. Additionally, the project will create indirect employment opportunities within the supply chain and service sectors, fostering local economic growth.

Reduction of Import Dependence

Significantly reduce Uganda’s reliance on imported packaging materials by supplying high-quality, locally-produced packaging solutions to key industries. This will help retain foreign exchange within the local economy and support Uganda’s industrialization goals.

Promote Sustainability

Incorporate eco-friendly manufacturing practices by producing packaging materials that are recyclable and biodegradable. The factory will prioritize sustainable production methods to meet both local and international environmental standards, reducing the environmental impact of packaging waste.

Regional Market Expansion

Expand the reach of Pamoja Packaging’s products into regional markets, including DRC Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania, and other East African nations. This will enhance Uganda’s position as a leader in regional manufacturing and export markets.
